No one but here's the idea.

An ISP has following offers:

15$ a month
- Unlimited bandwith
- 100 mb/s
---------------------------------------------------------
30$ a month
- Unlimited bandwith
- 150 mb/s

In this case it would be better to buy 2x 15$ package as than 1x 30$ package. This is just an example, I didn't look at prices or anything.
