Maybe, but for others, they might be genuinely interested in why people were banned, especially if they were close to them.

For example, I didn't know @Edward that well, but they seemed alright and wasn't offensive, a troll, or an overall douche. They posted somewhat often in the NSFW lounge, but their ban doesn't state what exactly they did other than "Go to Jail."

I don't know about others, but for real users I always put a proper reason.

Mom was banned for spamming. Shame, we had some nice debates.
