Only a retarded american would be able to forget about their baby, how is that even possible? Why would you care about one baby anyway, a lot more people die every day. Maybe it's better that it died since the parents would have not been able to raise a child anyway.

There are awful parents in every part of the world. I've seen and heard much worse of other countries. Things like this happen, sadly. It would be senseless to agonize over every baby that died in a car, though. It shouldn't affect your emotions that much. And, if it does, you should do more about it.
