Respect for the developers and everyone involved who put many restless nights of effort into making a product that others could use properly for a company that doesn't operate simply with smiles and rainbows.

I don't give a shit about the ethics side of it, the point is that downloading copies does not cause any kind of financial loss to the creators because you aren't taking anything away from then hence you can't put it in the same category with thievery.
