Right, he's trying to control you. What does closure mean to him? How long does it take? Is it one last kiss? One last time in bed? Or will it drag on for as long as he wants because he knows how to get you to do what he wants? I'm assuming you're both quite young, but this is one if the oldest tactics of manipulators there is. Break you down until you're too weak to say no so he can have his way. The best closure is to cut all ties. Block his number, Facebook, twitter, snapchat, everything. He abused the right to contact you by harassing you and your friends and trying to destroy friendships and possible relationships. I know it's exhausting but seeing him again will just break you down more and give him a second wind to double down on his harassment. His behavior is getting to the level of stalking. Do you think it's wise to meet with a stalker in person? Do you think that will make them stop stalking? Or do you think it would encourage them to continue and increase their behavior? From the rest of the thread it looks like you're also getting pressured by friends to meet with him. They don't get to have that much say when it's your personal well being and safety at risk, not theirs. It's a tough situation but buckle down and stay tough. No contact, blocked on everything. If your friends want to remain in contact with him then that's their choice, but you need to do what's right for you. Not what you think is right for him, or what your friends think is right, but what you personally feel comfortable with. It's a lot of drama, but just use this as a life lesson. Hopefully now you'll be able to see red flags in personalities that aren't healthy to be around. And sticking to your guns will feel much better in the end than caving and doing things you don't want to. Be strong.

I couldn't bring myself to remove the hood classic above, enjoy it as a time capsule.
