Email them saying you bought a box of them for your local primary school (In this method you are a teacher), Act mad that they leaked. Heres what I did x3

'I am a teacher at Redsworth primary school in leeds, I recently purchased a box of BiC Cristal 90 pens (Black) From my local staples for £23. I bought them, and a few other bits and pieces and took them to my classroom when school started,I left the box on my desk and didn't open them until after lunch break, when I saw black ink leaking from under the box, The box was standing perfectly (horizontal) and these pens (Or some of them) Leaked allover my desk, and worse the carpet. I am unhappy about the carpet but not so much as the desk as I just wiped that. I threw the box away, as ink has flown allover the pens and box and it was leaking.'

They should email you back, and maybe ask for a picture of the stain. (They did for me) But don't reply if they ask that, they will send anyway.

But 80% of the time you will be mailed a big ass box of pens.
