What most probably happens in keyloggers or any builder-stub based applications is that an error occurs on execution and everything after that is ignored since people usually use Try catch without catching and displaying any exception.

Just comment the try catch in form load, and test accordingly.
For easier testing modify the stub temporarily and provide inputs to be taken from the builder so you can test it easily.
