TOR is slow and using another VPN won't do any good, My advice would be that you should buy a good VPN (Google them, there are lots to be found!).

Second thing is that you can use Deep Freeze, it's like a trace cleaner. Once you restart your OS next time you open it there will be no trace of your previous session.
