Cool, so they're going to give you to someone who can help you fix it or something? What if they do speak German to me? I don't speak fluent German.

They won't, they only have english customer service, they told me:

We can only assist English speaking customers, as we don't have any customer service department in Germany (yet). However we will do our best and refer you to someone who can help you.
