My theory is that i think it's possible to encrypt the human DNA and the neural pathways so the it would render cloning/ genes manipulation/ bio-fusion and nano-celling usless

Well if you try to encrypt the DNA , then I wouldn't say that your concept is wrong however there can be a chance of them getting mutated . As the bio-fusion might affect the chemical properties and hormonal chain sequences , which can be fatal . But I think you should work with stem cells too as there have been ongoing research about the applications of stem cells .
