Instead of goto exit, since it's just calling exit, why not just put that in there directly? There's also the /i switch for case insensitive comparison. Example:
Why do you have all of those cls lines of code between the taskkill and rmdir commands though? It doesn't really do anything if you're >nul'ing the output anyways just to point that out. Look into batch redirection if you're having issues with any other messages written to the console.
Nice menu's though.
