No no no no no no no no. There are a million ways to fuck up Norton. The registry for one, change one bit and you fuck it up. It slows your computer down by 93% and has a detection so horrendous, your virus has to be 37/37 FUD (I know /sarcasm) to be detected, and yet sometimes Norton might just say "Name seems legit = not a virus
".

@OP, use cmd and use netuser to create a new account, Idk about your elevation, but you should try that.
