Totally agree. That explanation (multiverse) makes minimal sense, but it had made me think about the concept of the Mandela effect (essentially, when a majority of people are lead to believe one event occurring have trouble accepting or believing that something other than what they experience happened, even though it did). A lot of people were absolutely convinced that they must have changed the spelling somewhere along the road, where in reality the spelling of the books and whatnot have been the same since the beginning.
What other facets of life experience this same effect (aside from the event that the effect is named after)?
