Yes, we all know about the security & how to use it they want to unlock the iPad since there's probably irreplaceble pictures on their, how is this not already sorted... I understand why the security is tight but this guys mother has died and he can't access any of her pictures or videos.

This reminds me of a similar argument with what happens to your data when you die.
