Yes you can. How else do you think app developers test their apps before publicly releasing them?
It's quite simple actually;
1. Connect your iDevice to a computer
2. Download the application off piratebay or some other torrenting site
3. Open iTunes and drop the app onto the bar that says *phone name here*
4. ???
5. Profit

I don't have to look up anything. If it's not a troll, then you're happy fun time brain damaged to the point of vegetable-like retardation.
