I know it says Program loading, but it actually speeds up all loading in general for the computer. So very easy tutorial here.
Go to the start menu and click run
Enter in system.ini
Look for the [Enh] and delete any #'s before it and put 30000
Should look like [30000Enh]
Now save it.
