Addition they will file a police report

Will they? I mean, I doubt the police will do anything even if worst case they do file a police report, they’re really incompetent. But I don’t think that CCTV itself is a smoking gun. It could’ve easily been tampered with after that no? Also, wouldn’t Amazon be more hesitant in issuing a refund in the first place if there was such a possibility?

As I said the focus on the suspect, will either shift on you or on the Driver. Did they asked for pictures?
End of the day there will be an investigation, which will most likely end up to nothing

They did take pics, but I'm not sure why that matters since I'm claiming MEB, not DNA. I don't see what proof they can provide besides CCTV footage which shouldn't be a smoking gun since the CPU could've easily been "lost" after being packed.
