They're giving me a lot of push back. They're also ignoring my chats and tickets. I purchased with paypal. I might dispute.

This is what they're saying.

"We are sure that we have shipped the camera to you, there is also weight recording. If the camera is not included, the parcel cannot be weighted more than 1 KG. Also, you have mentioned that the package is totally complete when you got it."

did they ask for pics of the shipping label?

No they asked for pictures of the box and then they wanted an unboxing video lol.

Interesting. Maybe they've toughened up! Remind them that any issues during shipment are their liability and you received it exactly as you're describing.

I did a dispute with paypal. I will continue to press them.

They have 4 days left to respond to the paypal claim. Would probably not recommend this SE. Seems like a waste of a Paypal claim.
