They tell me just to send the item back to them, and they will pay the shipping costs after I've send them a scanned copy of the receipt from the post office.
How can I get them to provide a label? What reason would be best to use? Does anyone have any ideas on this?
Thanks all!
If they don't provide a label, usually the responsibility for a lost parcel is on you
Else just get insurance on the parcel and blame the logistic company
Thanks. I've searched their website, but they state nowhere that they won't be responsible for lost shipments. Based on their minimal terms, I should have a good change. The only thing is that it would be better to get a label, so thats why I 'm looking for tips and trick to fix one at a company. Any way I can convince them to provide me a label?
