Hi everyone, I bought an expensive golf bag over $700 on Nov 19 and this company did not sent me any email saying they sent the bag out, and today Nov 21 I have received the bag by a local courier company, the delivery man  dropped the large brown box (but lightweight) in my porch and took a photo and left. No signature. There's no email from the golf bag retail saying my order has delivered, yet.

I think I have a few options here, what's the best? DNA?
