Hey everybody! This is a simple tutorial on VB basics.
So first you need to learn what classes are. A class is basically a part of the code that only commences the code between Private/Public Sub and End Sub. A private sub means that the "Sub" can only be accessed by itself, a public means it could be accessed by anything.
Then comes variables which are declared by the Dim function. For example Dim Name as
Integer. This declared a variable named name and it only consist of integers(+ and - numbers).
Now lets talk about the if statement. If is used if you want something to happen and something else to happen depending on something. Kind of confusing but yeah
. Example: If name = 2 then
Me.Close
This is saying, if the name variable is equal to 2, then close the program.
