So the items arrive tomorrow. I don't know if I should carefully peel the plastic and replace the camera with another thing or just say that the camera itself wasn't there, only the accessories, and that the parcel was not tampered with. What do you think it's best? Just remember the carrier is DHL...

Just told them that it was empty. No damage to the parcel. They will come back to me later today.

Was a bit busy at work. So they wanted to send me a replacement, but I just wrote them that I want a refund instead. So waiting for their reply… 

Keep pushing them, act angry and frustrated. Worst case, can you send it back??  I think they had like 2 weeks return policy.
