People saying here that steam is patched they have right in some part. Many of my friends failed recently. But as I can see, you are on the good way to get refund.

I got the refund. Maybe because i have  account aged 10 years. Can i play on it or they will banned it. But i think i will sell it. Can the sellers account get a ban? If yes then he can report that or not? And the warranty?

This is what I thought about you - aged acc saved you. I think you are good to play on it or sell but I read here on this forum that steam does problem with warranty saying device is stolen

Yes, I knew they would be accommodating. My account isn't worth that much, but it's always been active and bought a few games. I had already made refunds and after a long time I happened to see here in the forum that it had already been done. Which is why I thought I'd take advantage of it.
