I've recently came across a similar situation where the investigation with the carrier and the internal investigation of the shop claimed suspicion of manipulation - I've already found my problem and fixed it so it won't happen in the next SE, but I wonder if those investigations really lead to something like a complaint / charges against my person or similar.

I placed the order from another country they didn't make any police report. and since they denied the refund I got the money back through paypal
