anyone done tissot before, thinkin bout prx or any other watch companies?

I  would suggest that you avoid Tissot at all costs!! I hit them a year ago for 1k! Tried MEB, took them forever to respond, then they started to avoid my messages, didn’t answer for weeks and eventually told me off by saying the watch was indeed sent out (without providing a single proof of that).

I did eventually “win” by using some legal tricks, but it was a lengthy process that took forever and was not really worth it. It took around 6-7 months if I remember correctly!

any other watch stores you've succeed with less hassle?

No mate, I’ve heard Garmin is easy though. In theory MEB should work on everyone since the low weight of the watch and the fact that you can’t really see the watch, only the case in case they have cctv or take a pic of the order …
