Bose refused my last MEB, albeit it was the 2nd one with the same address but different customer and payment details.

Basically they said that weight with UPS corroborated with the factory weight etc.

Thankfully, used PayPal so I will be hitting them that way as last resort.

Just a heads up.

You have the answer why it didn't work the second time. They probably combined the claims because you used the same address that was already flagged by them once.

The first claim it was the easiest refund ever. It was basically Live Chat, and the offered a refund almost instantly.

Foolishly, I used the same address, yes. Although, I changed the name. But really, I should have altered the address slightly...You live and learn I suppose.

At least you learned a very important lesson from this and you won't make the same mistake in the future.
