Unfortunately the refund was not immediate, the store is now investigating with the shipping company. We'll see what comes out of it.....

please keep me updated. I am trying FTID a couple of airpods. the package has already been delivered, I think I will wait a couple of weeks before contacting them to get a refund.

Could you give more details about your SE, from which domain you ordered and to which country, by which courier company?

.de it was LIT from a known boxer, after investigation, they found out the label was manipulated or something
They pressed charges, but luckily everything was on fake details.

I did RTS, Gomibo they told me that there was fraud by the transportation company and advised me to go to the police, but they themselves refused to give me a refund. No further proceedings occurred, but I had an excuse from the .de domain on WW. So I'm now thinking about filing a chargeback
