So when DELL asks for proof of a dead pixel, do they ask for video or a photo of the dead pixel?

In my case not, they wanted a photo from the monitor and the Service Tag along with a proof - name date case number

I found on Facebook market this monitor, which cost 800 on grey market and 1000 on dell
I claimed dead pixel, edited a lot with Photoshop. Looked legit
Told them its the Panel and its not going away no matter what

After that they asked:
Picture of the Serial Tag
Then my name, case number and date next to the monitor

Then they said they want my credit card to hold a payment
They will send a replacement, if the monitor (I dont have) arrives to them, they will cancel it

Yesterday they shipped the monitor

Did you use a drop adress?

No I did not. As UPS left my parcel infront the door

do FTID on return label. if they will got questions just say "oh idk what happened with package, but I returned it with your prepaid label". it will prevent rebill.
