Replacement is coming tomorrow

Approved and confirmed by DELL yesterday

Could you please elaborate on SE? What did you tell them about Monitor? What exactly did you point out as faulty? Did they ask for photos of the defect?

I found on Facebook market this monitor, which cost 800 on grey market and 1000 on dell
I claimed dead pixel, edited a lot with Photoshop. Looked legit
Told them its the Panel and its not going away no matter what

After that they asked:
Picture of the Serial Tag
Then my name, case number and date next to the monitor

Then they said they want my credit card to hold a payment
They will send a replacement, if the monitor (I dont have) arrives to them, they will cancel it

Yesterday they shipped the monitor
