I can read mothered writing that you moved a bit too quick escalating to your last chance of getting your money (card chargeback) too fast. You should have waited for the seller investigation to finish first, if not in your favour then insist and be adamant with it, then move to pp claim and insist again and finally move to the card chargeback.
