I read all the posts here, but most of them just stop at the end, without any proof if it worked.

Store is Galaxssus in Germany, not sure if anybody here knows it, or any good merchant to refund here.
I've done a few successful refunds in other stores, but even for cheap items it's hassle to deal with them, you really have to press them.
Then I see someone here getting instant refunds.
European stores in general tend to be a lot more difficult... From what I've seen, the carriers are a lot more thorough there, and in places like the UK it's not that uncommon for them to involve law enforcement.
"Instant" stores usually involve one of the following:
1. Police Report (Amazon)
2. DNA/EB/MEB (Mostly under $500)
3. Scan methods such as RTS/Damaged (High value orders - and very dependent on the store)
4. Gaming the chat bot (very, very rare, but it used to work for Walmart some years ago)
If you paid with PayPal then I think a PayPal dispute would be a viable option for you if you don't have a way to directly refund the store, although I couldn't tell you how easy it would be to FTID the label for whatever carrier they decide to use in your country.
Aside from that, if you want to take advantage of all of the US stores, then you can open a virtual address in the US and then have them shipped to Germany after the refund is completed.
GL. Sorry for not being able to help more. I don't have any experience with refunding stores in Europe.
It's DHL here, I heard they cracked down on FTID, that's why I am asking here, I never tried that method, only edited some serial numbers.
I don't mind getting my hands dirty, but I can't risk losing that much money.
Also talked to a guy who said he did a WIR on a GPU here last year, but he disappeared too.
Appreciate your answer though.
