Does anyone have an idea how I could fix a failed DNA Attempt with Sephora,
More context; the courier had to deliver with a OTP but he didn't so I thought that it would be an easy refund,  but after signing a affidavit, Sephora reject the DNA claim saying that the courier confirmed that the delivery was 100% successful !
So after that I've opened a claim on PayPal same thing rejected.

In my experience, sometimes as a last resort (depending on cost of the item) a bank dispute most of time works wonders. Or you could try the BBB (Better Business Bureau and submit a complaint with them, it usually lights a fire under their asses to resolve your claim since no company wants a bad BBB rating.
