Update, sephora totally refused to refund so they referred to FEVAD, if this takes too long imma just hit a chargeback, they refuse the refund even if there is no delivery proof.
Bose is taking so much time it's driving me crazy, but they confirmed the MEB and said that there will be a replacement sent.
Sent back Manscaped replacement now waiting for the refund.

For Steelseries Apex Pro, what kind of POD were they asking for? I've done steelseries in the past w/ Nova Pro Wireless headset and I had to pay a guy for POD because it would've been nearly impossible otherwise (needed 4 photos each different angle w/ QR code printed on piece of paper visible next to the headset + headset & wires needed to be broken/cut 3 specific places)

Also from my experience Sephora works fast for perfume bottles if you say the bottle broke (usually they don't even ask for proof), GL though

For steelseries I've just learned how to create a POD and that's all, sent POD+POP and it was all good

For sephora I've claimed DNA because the delivery guy didn't even ask for a signature, but yeah next time Imma try broken bottle method, we will see

I'm also in France, which company did you use for the POD and POP ? Because apparently, with logitech, they know if you've bought an item from amazon or not.
