Did another FTID which seems to be really messed up haha. This parcel also had a QR-code on it, which the idiot I am didn't do any changes to. So now the package has been going back and forward between two (?) shops.
Tracking said delivered to 'X', then when I was about to ask the shop for a refund after two weeks, the package went back to 'in transit' and got delivered to 'Y'. And it doesn't stop there, now it's back at 'X'![]()
No idea how to get out of this one. Might do a PP-claim if the shop doesn't refund, saying that it got delivered, or is it a bad idea?
Also I made a third FTID with Klarna which seems to work fine for now, package got delivered. With Klarna you can even add the tracking info, and they even say they side with the buyer if it says delivered and no refund ha been issued. With this parcel I edited the QR-code until it wasn't scanable anymore. Other than that I edited everything as usual.
We'll see how it goes.
Alright so both FTID got successful!
Made a PP-claim on the first one, the seller didn't respond so I won the claim after like a week. Item worth 400€.
The other one I opened a chat with customer service, they said the return was stuck (although tracking said delivered) and that they would investigate. Got the refund the next day. Didn't have to go through Klarna. Item worth 250€.
Today was a good day
Hi how would you possibly edit a qr code because the whole point of the qr code is so that they scan it and print the label for you at the delivery office and if you edit it then the person won’t be able to scan it so how do you edit a qr code without this sort of problem.
