what option did u pick though? "request a refund" or "when will I receive my product?" and what did you write in the text box?

Of course the option "Request a refund" write that there is no Steam Deck in the case. But recently I bought the Steam Deck and waiting like 4-5 days for their answer about the investigation, my friend is now in the same situation. It is looking kind of suspicious, not to mention that there is only 14 days return window... On the previous time, they responded after 3 days.

ok just double checking so say that there was no deck in the case instead of the package wasn't in the box?
