It took a while and I went through like 4 different agents making me wait 72 hours or a week etc. the best way to contact them is through the live chat on their website and make sure to send them a picture of the empty box. If you do that it will go smoothly.

Absolutely awful customer service, attempted meb tried the live chat who was completely useless the same with calling… going round in circles.
