This is a little known exploit called "the Pepper glitch"
to perform this you would need to buy a bowl or burrito. You do not need to put any extras and a regular burrito/bowl would work. Now you need to make the order via the app or this will not work. make an order for pickup, go pick it up and prepare your SE skills!
1. wait 30 - 60 minutes after you pickup your food to report an issue with Pepper.
2. to report the issue tap on the account icon on the top left.
3. scroll all the way to the bottom and then tap on "need help? chat with Pepper.?
4. Pepper will ask for that order number, be understanding and give it to Pepper.
5. Pepper will ask whats wrong, select order issue.
6. select the entree as the item that was missing ( entree = the meat you chose dummy)
7a. success!! Pepper will give you a coupon for a "free entree" this free entree really is a 100% discount on a burrito with extra meat, extra everything, and some guac OR queso.
7b. Pepper didnt feel respected enough, why did you fuck with Pepper? Luckily Pepper is still under corporate and must comply with BLAST. BELIEVE LISTEN APOLOGIZE SATISFY THANK. Pepper is sentient and once her feelings are hurt she will want to transfer you to someone else. Its totally fine, you are the customer and always right so insist on your story with this new person and hope they dont have an attitude problem like Pepper did. There is a 90% chance the new rep will not ask anything and their first response is a coupon but if not just insist that you didnt get it. Always remember not to ask for what you want but rather have them offer it to you.
