Why are you doing high amounts on riskier electronics but then stopping low on easy ones? Zalando for example, why do $200 when you could do $500?

Idk, I think at the time it waste just because I could only afford a refund around 200$

I wouldn't call it a Fail but they took so much time to respond with automated responses and the final response was just was "We confirmed that the delivery was done perfectly, so we can't help you further" I used MEB method with a legit video of me opening a sealed box, but I couldn't risk wasting more time
