I have not heard much about ralph in Australia, it’s newly open for online and may have some room for SE. Anyone aware of best methods used. Thinking possibly peb, usually couriers 100% take delivered photos.

Both methods work up to $2k for US orders. I haven't seen Australian orders but it should be the same. At worst, you just return the order legitimately.

Delivery photos don't matter. You can just tell them that, "Yes, there is a photo, but when I got home I found no packages there." You can also tell them that that isn't your front door (You can go on Google maps, look for a house with your house number a block over, and send them a photo of that house as "proof." You don't need this for RL, though.)
