Is it in their TOS? Even so if you're in EU you have 2 weeks right to return from online purchases.

I haven't read them  But when I tried to do it on the web order details it was written: "Return Shipped" and I could not find any ways to proceed with a return.

I think that makes sense. The rep marks your order as returned already and then issued the replacement. As such there's no way for you to return the replacement normally. Maybe you could contact their support to manually initiate a return?

They must have been hit pretty hard in the past year.....

Thats what I did and thats where I got told that replacements cant be returned.
