Hi everyone. A few months ago I had a very pleasant experience SEing Thomann in the UK, claiming DNA and receiving a full refund within days. Excellent stuff. I want to SE them again, but am not sure how to proceed. DHL asked for my deets last time and they launched an investigation. At this stage, I am scared to pursue DNA again. The value of the item was £350, the one I want to SE now is £250 and there is no other shop selling the particular sound module. Any thoughts? How should I approach this?
