Microsoft still does not respond to PP claims? I have aged paypal account (~4 years with ~$500k in CC transactions) and want to SE surface pro 9 laptop (~$2k). Do I have to contact Microsoft, or i just open a PP dispute and claim item DNA. I want to order from microsoft DE or microsoft PL

first of all dont do DNA, do MEB and dont contact microsoft, create a fake printscreen e-mail where MS says that cant do nothing about missing items on your parcel and that you need to contact your bank. Its just my advice

I've seen some fails with paypal claim, some people say  that MC answers on their claims

really? im doing one now with MS, they have 1 week to reply hopefull that they dont respond, but if they respond, i allegated MEB do you know why people normally fail?

i can add that they havent responded to two claims on two different accounts
