Has anybody tried DNA/EB for Hyper X?

Thinking of making an order of around $300 CAD. I dont see anything on their site saying that they're not responsible for lost packages.

Only thing I saw that makes me worried is "If you do need to return a product for a refund or exchange, please contact us via phone at (888) 484-9335 or email at CA_Care@HyperX.com."

That means that say I do a DNA claim and they refuse, I can't auto-generate a return label to return the products..I would have to call and talk to them which they'd see my failed DNA claim.

Any ideas?

who cares if they see the DNA has failed?

'Apologies for the mix up about it not arriving, my partner received it and forgot to tell me a package had arrived' easy enough
