Have you contacted the carrier and ask if it was actually delivered to your address. Reason I say that is because there have been cases where a merchant provides tracking, but it only shows the city state and zip code and not the actual address. We can file a dispute for item not received. Before we do that, I want you to contact the carrier and give them your address and ask if it was delivered to your address or a address in the same city and state and zip code. If the carrier states it was not delivered to your address, then we can issue a refund. We do not cover stolen packages. If that is the case the Merchant will need to file a claim with the carrier that shipped the item.
