After two weeks of mailing with meta, they decided to not refund me and they advised to contact local authorities. So I have opened a PayPal claim. 10 days then. Tik tak….

Was you trying to the double dip or did they completely deny you did they give any reason why? I've never saw anybody fail meta that did everything right

I just said PEB. I created a new meta acc but I used same PayPal account as 1,5 year a go when I hit meta with EB. It might be the reason of failure. Anyway I wanted to try without PayPal dispute. Will let you know how it goes in 10 days.
