From what I gathered to make new ones you would have to use a VPN to create it and use a vcc to add funds to it and maybe filter funds thru 2 PayPal accounts to not have shit traced to ya, also maybe age account for a few weeks with small purchases if possible. What if to keep doing it, should i try and ship to another address also? How would or what would a drop house be? Do fresh pp accounts have alot lower chance to win disputes?(01-07-2024, 02:25 PM)Redacted Wrote: I did Notino like 2 Months ago, and they never responded to my PP claim, was like ~300€Congrats. In my country there is no option to pay via PayPal in notino. But I am able to pay via PayPal for Douglas and Sephora. Has anyone tried these two? Do they reply to the disputes? Maybe I will try soon. Another question. If I create a PayPal account for other person than I and I will add there my credit card I have never used on my main PayPal account, is paypal able to connect it? Has anyone tried it?
