Has anyone ever had 2 PP claims in at the one time for 'Item Not Received'? 

the Meta order is constantly sitting in my basket and I'm really tempted to go for it

Yes you should be good to go to get two orders through at the same time but it really depends on what your account looks like in my opinion if it's not fresh it's got a little age and a few orders I would say you're good to go

using the same MEB claim though?

it's a very aged account lol, I've used it for years for pretty much everything I buy online

I think think you'll be good to go if you've used it for years and you buy everything online I've saw accounts with less activity and get these numbers done so it shouldn't be a problem
