yeah but I think I got away with it because it was a few weeks later. The agent asked why I had only just raised the issue and I told them I was receiving that many packages for Christmas I hadn't noticed.

there was no investigation or anything, just refunded it on the spot

I'm going to try the same thing, I'll wait four or five days after delivery and I'll say I was busy or some shit


What did you say roughly? Hey I'd noticed that it's been marked as delivered but not received?

Also you place your Lenovo order recently? Or do I have you mixed up with someone how's that going?

just that I couldn't find it and checked the tracking which stated it was delivered.

yeah I ordered, 1st day without a response so 9 left to go lol
