Called a third time and got transferred to a supervisor who felt some empathy, skipped the investigation and processed my refund and added an additional 20% off PROMO with free shipping and told me she will talk to the financial department about getting me a higher PROMO as well. 3 hours of work for $200 and PROMO

Hey “@senorspook” do u have any advice for Microsoft? I’ve got an order in and  contemplatingSE via PEB or DNA. Was wondering if you have any thoughts on how I approach PP. I was going to go straight to PP and include a copy of sent email reaching to M$.

Unsure of the SE method DNA since I heard PP disregards quickly when they see tracking, and I don’t want EB to trigger pr. Any advice?

Make it simple. Microsoft is known to not respond to PayPal claims up until now. Contact PayPal, tell them the box was empty, or it’s not as described. Wait the 10 days and get your money back.
