I haven't disputed many stores. However, I had to dispute Zara, not long ago and they didn't respond.

Out of curiosity What's the clothing like? Is it good quality do you recommend any pieces?

Also please let me know if you manage to get an order through with Microsoft I see a lot of people having the problem of an error at checkout

Zara's clothing is a big hit or miss. I would say that their t-shirts and socks are good for the price and will most likely be a hit. All other products are a shot in the dark, more time.
